it is a round watch, it is heavy, in excellent condition. keeps perfect time when I wear it. I need any info about it

Sorry i dont know where else to put this… so anyway… Its gold I doubt its solid gold. I got it like 5 years ago when an aunt of mine died in germany. all the watch says is MENTOR( ?) 17 Jewels( 17 jewel mechanical watch)…. And Alarm( Because it has one) Swiss( ? ).. and the time is in roman numerals…
Help anyone?!

Inside it says on the back swiss made
on the movement it says 17 jewels seventeen
