I have a cartier tank watch on the back it is marked
CARTIER
18K GOLD
ELECTROPLATED
Inside it says on the back swiss made
on the movement it says 17 jewels seventeen
Cartier

swiss
on the bottom of the balance it says swiss a number and then the cartier symbol
I have a mother of pearl gold plated rope band watch. My watch looks like the one on the first website. The face is mother of pearl and says Gucci Swiss Made. There is no logo on the face (just like the first link). My question is, what is the difference between the one with the plainer face and the one with the logo, Gucci mark and Swiss made on it? Does anyone have anymore information about this watch? Like, when was it made and how much did it originally sell for?

The wrist parts are both the same. Everything is the same except one of the faces has a picture/marking on it and the other doesn’t. My watch does have the picture/marking at the very ends of the rope bracelet.
