This is a nice watch with all the features you could want for an inexpensive watch. However, there are so many links in it that only people with a very large wrist would be able to wear it without having to take links out. That is where the trouble lies. It takes brute force to get their little pins up to be able to take out links. While having to use that much force I had to be careful not to bend the other links. I spent over half an hour working on this. I am very hard on watches and go through one in about 6-9 monthes. I will not buy this particular one again because the look of it is not worth the agrivation.

This is a lovely watch for the price and Timex has always been very dependable for me, but although it’s advertised as a “small” watch, the average woman would find the band far too big for her wrist.

However…the time it takes, to remove a few links, or spending a couple of dollars to have a jeweler remove them is worth it.

It was just the way I pictured, perfect size and everything, but the date is hard to change

The watch has a date window. The only way to set the date is to wind it to the correct date/ there is no setting on the stem to set this feature. Someone at Timex made an error when they designed this watch. It is a pain to set the date monthly.

Watch gold color looks great, doesn’t fade or turn dark. But date is hard to set. The main problem is the watch will not run constantly. It takes “time off”, just stops every so often. Even after replacing battery. I am very disappointed in the watch, where is the old fashioned Timex? The “takes a lickin’ and keeps tickin’ ? Too bad, look nice.
